We are looking for a hands-on Product Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of our game through data-driven decision-making and AI-enhanced workflows. This role is at the crossroads of data, product, and business, and requires someone who can not only analyze data, but also understand the "why" behind user behavior and connect insights to real outcomes. As analytics shifts away from being purely technical, we’re looking for someone who thrives in the new 60/40 model — where 60% is about understanding business needs and user motivations, and 40% is about executing with the right tools. AI integration, particularly with tools like ChatGPT, is a core part of our analytics process — not a side experiment. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end data analysis: from data exploration to insight presentation. Build dashboards and reports that inform product development, marketing, and monetization strategies. Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and game designers to formulate questions, define KPIs, and test hypotheses. Use tools like ChatGPT or similar LLMs to automate, validate, and augment analysis workflows. Track and analyze in-game user behavior, funnel metrics, retention trends, and feature performance. Surface actionable insights that directly support critical decision-making — not just reporting. Requirements 2+ years of experience in product, business, or data analytics (ideally in the gaming or tech industry). Advanced proficiency in SQL — ability to independently query and extract data from large, complex datasets. Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation, automation, and light modeling. Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar). Hands-on, real-world experience with AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance and accelerate analytics workflows. Strong product intuition and business sense — you know data alone isn’t enough; insights must lead to action. Comfortable with ambiguity, iterative work, and shifting priorities — we value curiosity and initiative. Nice to Have Experience with A/B testing frameworks, game telemetry, or mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Unity Analytics).
