About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our remote team and lead high-impact infrastructure projects. You will work alongside a talented multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and project managers — all fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and site developments
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental impact evaluations
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Coordinate with architects, surveyors, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Review and approve contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material specifications
- Provide technical guidance and quality assurance throughout project lifecycles
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 7+ years of professional civil engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or international equivalent
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, hydrology, and geotechnical principles
- Experience managing projects from concept through construction completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows
- Familiarity with LEED or sustainable design principles
- Prior experience working on international or cross-border infrastructure projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
